A recent pool side wedding at the home!

Recent Guest Email to us, Jan 2007: 

"Just wanted to let you know what a great time my family and I had New Year's week at Casa Romano. Property manager did a great job arranging events for us, often on short notice.  Paul did a very nice job as chef for the three nights we had him.  The first two meals leaned a little more on Irish comfort food than we would have expected in this climate, but the last meal was rich in local flavors and everyone agreed was fantastic, the best meal we had all week.

"I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had at Casa Romano.  It was very nice and had a great view. We split our time between staying at the house and doing other planned activities. The days we stayed at the house we did absolutely nothing but
relax and read around the pool while drinking Margarita's. Our first big adventure was a tree top canopy tour. What an incredible experience and it was great fun. Everyday, just like clock work, we had a visit from two different types of monkeys. We really looked forward to seeing them. Thank you for your restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed every restaurant we went to and had wonderful meals. In fact we didn't have a bad
meal anywhere. Also, your DVD/VCR movie selection was very nice and we took
advantage of watching a couple. Thanks again for everything."
